2、6年以上（有猎头经验者优先）企业专职招聘、猎头或人力资源经验；

3、具备良好的信息收集能力与处理技巧，较好的人脉关系网和沟通能力；

4、熟悉大制造业最新发展趋势和行业内动态，拥有一定的行业人脉资源；

5、具备良好的团队管理工作经验、合作精神和一定的抗压能力；

2. More than 6 years (headhunting experience is preferred) enterprise full-time recruitment, headhunting or human resources experience;
